The HTC Sensation XE looks almost identical to the original Sensation. Also, there is the same high resolution (540x 960) S-LCD capacitive touchscreen, which is bright, clear and responsive. It may not have the resolution of the iPhone 4S or Samsung Galaxy Nexus, but it still provides fantastic display quality.
Internet browsing is a strength of the Sensation XE, data download speeds of up to 14.4 Mbps possible with a 3G connection, as well as the option to use Wi-Fi to connect to the net. The HTC Sense UI provides the default web browser, and there are several more alternatives available from Android Market, along with hundreds of thousands of other apps from numerous categories.
Hardware wise, the processor has arguably seen the biggest overhaul. The original Sensation has a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor which provides outstanding performance, but with this XE version, a whopping 1.5 GHz dual-core processor is provided, making this the most powerful beats by dre audio smartphone in the world in terms of processing power.
